Hollybrook House is located on a private road  which means no passing traffic and complete seclusion. Yet just a short distance is a lively village with all the amenities you would expect.

Being in a valley surrounded by trees the area is sheltered from the worst winds but faces south for the best of the sunshine.

We have an acre of mature gardens with a stream bordering the property which goes down to the beach by the entrance way.
