General terms and conditions

 

Bookings can be made at any time on line or confirmed by phone by payment of the one nights accommodation rate. Payment can be made via credit card online or by Paypal.

Cancellations must be received by us at least 48 hours prior to the day of any reservation (12.00 a.m.) and failure to provide said notice will require non refund of the booking payment.

 

All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All special offers quoted are limited and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum night stay.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Hollybrook  House B&B does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of available accommodation.

 

If for any reason beyond the hotel's reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes; labour disputes; acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder; disasters; acts of war; acts of God; fires; flood or other emergency conditions; any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the hotel; the hotel is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, such non-performance is excused and such party may terminate this agreement without further liability of any nature. In no event shall the hotel be liable for consequential damages of any nature for any reason whatsoever.

Hollybrook House B&B reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price or service.

 

Hollybrook House B&B accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from activities engaged in by customers whilst staying at our premesis.
