Cancellation Policy

To secure a reservation 50% of the booking will be charged through Paypal at the time of booking. Any additional fees will be charged by Paypal or payment method as agreed. If you cancel up to 10 days before the arrival date you will be refunded your deposit minus a cancellation fee of 50% of your deposit by paypal. Any cancellations must be made by E-mail only as soon as possible. Cancellations made by telephone will NOT be accepted. Cancellations received within 10 days before the arrival date will unfortunately result in the forfeit of the deposit in full as it may not be possible for us to fill the room(s) at such short notice and we may have already turned business away. Any modification or alteration to your booking is subject to availability but we may be unable to make changes within 3 days of your arrival although we will endeavour to do so. In the event of a shortened stay after check-in, a further charge of one night will apply.

 

Free WiFi is available for guests throughout the property but please be aware of our fair usage policy which will apply. Any excessive use of the facility may result in the service being withdrawn by the service provider. Our capacity is ample for normal usage but streaming media with high bandwidth demand may result in exceeding our limit.
